In addition to IFK Malmö HF, 73 other teams played in Pojkar 2007. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF could be found in Group 3 together with IFK Bankeryd 3, IFK Kristianstad 3, Halmstad Handboll 1, Tyresö Handboll Gul, Eslövs HF 3, Alingsås HK 2, Ystads IF HF Di Gule, Veberöds HK 2 and Uppsala HK 3.

IFK Malmö HF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Kävlinge HK Orange with 8-9. In the Final, Kävlinge HK Orange won over Eslövs HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 2007.

IFK Malmö HF also participated in Pojkar 2007 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/8 Final in P07 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Habo HK with 3-6.
