In addition to the two Hammarby teams, 78 other teams played in Pojkar 2005. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Hammarby IF HF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with IFK Kristianstad 3, H43 Lund HF 3, Halmstad Handboll Röd3, HK Roslagen, IFK Bankeryd 3, Lödde Vikings HK Grå, IK Sävehof 2, Raklev G&I 1 and Ystads IF HF 1.

Hammarby IF HF 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 9:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 5 with 7-12. In the Final, Kävlinge HK 1 won over Ystads IF HF 5 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 2005.

Hammarby IF HF also participated in Pojkar 2005 during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2018. They reached the 1/16 Final in P05 B-Slutspel, but lost it against Borlänge HK 1 with 7-8.
