In addition to Ida kastar, 27 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Ida kastar could be found in Group 3 together with Vikingarna, Team van Stam, Guess who’s back, Uffes Brudar, Fellans gäng and En klase bananer. Ida kastar continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hyfsat Bekanta with 11-12. In the Final, Team van Stam won over Lag Oklart and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer. Ida kastar comes from Kristianstad which lies approximately 15 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
