In addition to the two IFK Bankeryd teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd BLÅ could be found in Group 6 together with Alingsås HK 1, KFUM Kalmar HK 2, Vinslövs HK VHK 2, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Eslövs IK Svart, HK Ankaret RÖD, Kristianstad HK Svart and Hammarby IF HF.

IFK Bankeryd BLÅ continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Mönsterås HK 1 with 8-9. In the Final, Vinslövs HK VHK 1 won over Kristianstad HK Orange and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
