In addition to the two Eslövs teams, 17 other teams played in Flickor 18 år (födda 2004). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK EIK could be found in Group 1 together with Lödde Vikings HK Tjajorna, Höörs HK H 65 2, Uppsala HK 2, Halmstad Handboll 2, Sannadals SK 292 546 828, H43 Lund HF, Åhus Handboll 1, Mölndals HF and Staffanstorps HK.

Eslövs IK EIK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Höörs HK H 65 1 with 7-10. In the Final, Höörs HK H 65 1 won over Halmstad Handboll 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år (födda 2004).
