In addition to the two Bolton teams, 21 other teams played in Pojkar 18 år (födda 2004). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IK Bolton Medborgarplatsen could be found in Group 1 together with H43 Lund HF 04, Halmstad Handboll 2, Åhus Handboll lag 2, Uppsala HK UHK Blå, IFK Kristianstad 2, Borlänge HK and Alingsås HK.

IK Bolton Medborgarplatsen continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Alingsås HK with 7-8. In the Final, Alingsås HK won over IK Bolton Skanstull and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 18 år (födda 2004).
