In addition to the three Huddinge teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Huddinge HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Växjö HF 1, Alingsås HK 3, Halmstad Handboll grön, Åhus Handboll 3, Lödde Vikings HK 2 Lödde Svart, Hässleholms HF 2, H43 Lund HF and Höörs HK H 65 2.

Huddinge HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll röd with 5-10. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
