In addition to IFK Tumba HK, 36 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK could be found in Group 1 together with Mönsterås HK, IFK Kristianstad Svart, Alingsås HK 1, Vinslövs HK 1, Eslövs HF Svart, IFK Malmö HF Vit, Staffanstorps HK and Lugi HF.

IFK Tumba HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Lugi HF with 5-7. In the Final, Veberöds HK won over Lugi HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010).
