In addition to the three Falköpings AIK teams, 34 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Falköpings AIK HK 1 could be found in Group 2 together with HF Limhamn, HK Aranäs 2, Spånga HK, Växjö HF Guld, Eslövs HF Grön, Lödde Vikings HK LVHK P10, Höörs HK H 65 1 and Åhus Handboll 1.

Falköpings AIK HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vinslövs HK 2 with 6-13. In the Final, Veberöds HK won over Lugi HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010).
