In addition to the two KFUM Kalmar teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof KFUM Kalmar HK 1 could be found in Group 5 together with IFK Tumba HK, Vinslövs HK VHK 1, H 78 Sölvesborg, HF Orust, Eslövs IK Gul, Lugi HF Vinröd and IFK Bankeryd VIT.

KFUM Kalmar HK 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll grön with 4-6. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
