In addition to Elvebyen HK, 61 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Elvebyen HK could be found in Group 4 together with Älta IF 1, Lödde Vikings HK 2 Svart, Lugi HF 1, Falköpings AIK HK 1, IK Bolton Gul, Bjärnums HK, HF Limhamn and Kristianstad HK 2.

Elvebyen HK continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK Vit with 9-10. In the Final, Spånga HK won over Lugi HF 2 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009).
