In addition to the two Karlskrona teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof HF Karlskrona Lag 2 could be found in Group 5 together with IFK Bankeryd 2, Hammarby IF HF Vit, HF Orust, Stavsten HK 2 Vinröd, VästeråsIrsta HF, Eslövs IK EIK 2, Gustafs GoIF, IK Lågan Hörby and Lödde Vikings HK 1.
HF Karlskrona Lag 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF 1 with 13-14.
