In addition to Spånga HK, 16 other teams played in Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Spånga HK could be found in Group 1 together with Åhus Handboll 1, Kävlinge HK, Kristianstad HK Svart, Växjö HF 2, Vassunda IF, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Staffanstorps HK.

Spånga HK made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Kristianstad HK Svart with 9-10. Thereby Spånga HK finished second in D19-20 (f. 2002-2003) A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
