In addition to Lugi HF, 18 other teams played in Flickor 18 år (födda 2004). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Lugi HF could be found in Group 2 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Kristianstad HK, Lödde Vikings HK Lödde Vikings, Uppsala HK 1, Höörs HK H 65 1, Åhus Handboll 2, Eslövs IK and Eskilstuna Guif IF.
Lugi HF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 1 with 11-12.
