In addition to the three Ystads teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ystads IF HF 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Höörs HK H 65, IFK Malmö HF 1, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Ronneby HK, IK Bolton Svart, Halmstad Handboll 1 Röd, Åhus Handboll and IFK Tumba HK Vit.
Ystads IF HF 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad Svart with 8-12.
