In addition to Täby HBK, 48 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Täby HBK could be found in Group 3 together with Växjö HF 2, Ljunghusens HK Svart, Kävlinge HK 1, Halmstad Handboll röd, Huddinge HK 3, Mönsterås HK 1 and Åhus Handboll 2.

Täby HBK made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 3. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Tumba HK, which they won with 11-6. Thereby Täby HBK won the entire A-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
