Göteborg Beach Handball Club was one of 205 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2008) and Flickor 14 år (födda 2008) respectively. The team in Flickor 14 år (födda 2008) made it to the the Final in A-Slutspeland won it over Åhus Handboll 3 by 9-6.
In addition to this, Göteborg Beach Handball Club have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2021, Göteborg Beach had one team playing in Flickor 13 år (födda 2008). Göteborg Beach comes from TORSLANDA which lies approximately 250 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
