OV Helsingborg HK was one of 205 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They participated with two teams in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2005) and Flickor 17 år (födda 2005) respectively. The team in Flickor 17 år (födda 2005) made it to the the 1/16 Final in A-Slutspel, but lost it against Eslövs IK EIK 2 by 9-12.
