In addition to Spånga HK, 36 other teams played in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Spånga HK could be found in Group 2 together with HF Limhamn, Falköpings AIK HK 1, HK Aranäs 2, Växjö HF Guld, Eslövs HF Grön, Lödde Vikings HK LVHK P10, Höörs HK H 65 1 and Åhus Handboll 1.

Spånga HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK with 4-12. In the Final, Veberöds HK won over Lugi HF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 12 år (födda 2010).
