They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IFK Bankeryd blå could be found in Group 4 together with HK Aranäs, H43 Lund HF 2 H43 Lund 2, IFK Kristianstad 3, Uppsala HK 3, VästeråsIrsta HF, HK Malmö, Åhus Handboll P07 1, Skuru IK and Lugi HF Vinröd.

IFK Bankeryd blå continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eskilstuna Guif IF P-07 Röd with 10-11. In the Final, Lugi HF Vit won over RP IF Linköping and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2006).
