In addition to the three Växjö teams, 46 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 2 could be found in Group 3 together with Ljunghusens HK Svart, Kävlinge HK 1, Halmstad Handboll röd, Huddinge HK 3, Mönsterås HK 1, Åhus Handboll 2 and Täby HBK.

Växjö HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå with 8-12. In the Final, Huddinge HK 3 won over Ljunghusens HK Ljusblå and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
