In addition to the three Eslövs teams, 59 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Eslövs IK 3 could be found in Group 1 together with Uppsala HK 1, H43 Lund HF Svart, Uppsala HK 3, Halmstad Handboll, Ljunghusens HK Svart, Önnereds HK, HK Silwing-Troja 1 and Skövde HF.

Eslövs IK 3 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Täby HBK with 10-12. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK röd won over Höörs HK H 65 Röd and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
