In addition to the two Kristianstad teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Kristianstad HK Svart could be found in Group 2 together with Eskilstuna Guif IF 1, IFK Bankeryd, Ystads IF HF Vit, IK Lågan Hörby, Särökometernas HK, Täby HBK and Haninge HK 2.

Kristianstad HK Svart continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ronneby HK 2 with 10-11. In the Final, Eslövs IK 1 won over Ronneby HK 2 and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007).
