In addition to the two Tyresö teams, 51 other teams played in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Tyresö Handboll RÖD could be found in Group 4 together with Vinslövs HK 2, Ystads IF HF 1, Alingsås HK Blå, Åhus Handboll 2, Hammarby IF HF, HK Aranäs Vit, IK Lågan Hörby 2 and H43 Lund HF 3.

Tyresö Handboll RÖD continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against H43 Lund HF 1 with 7-10. In the Final, Staffanstorps HK won over Eslövs HF Vit and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009).
