In addition to IFK Tumba HK, 48 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK could be found in Group 5 together with Vinslövs HK VHK 1, H 78 Sölvesborg, HF Orust, Eslövs IK Gul, Lugi HF Vinröd, KFUM Kalmar HK 1 and IFK Bankeryd VIT.

IFK Tumba HK made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 5. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Täby HBK with 6-11. Thereby IFK Tumba HK finished second in F12 (f. 2010) A-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
