In addition to the two Höörs H 65 teams, 17 other teams played in Flickor 18 år (födda 2004). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Höörs HK H 65 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Halmstad Handboll 1, Kristianstad HK, Lugi HF, Lödde Vikings HK Lödde Vikings, Uppsala HK 1, Åhus Handboll 2, Eslövs IK and Eskilstuna Guif IF.

Höörs HK H 65 1 made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Halmstad Handboll 2, which they won with 12-10. Thereby Höörs HK H 65 1 won the entire B-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år (födda 2004) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
