In addition to the two Mönsterås teams, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Mönsterås HK 1 could be found in Group 3 together with Växjö HF 2, Ljunghusens HK Svart, Kävlinge HK 1, Halmstad Handboll röd, Huddinge HK 3, Åhus Handboll 2 and Täby HBK.

Mönsterås HK 1 continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 6-13. In the Final, Vinslövs HK VHK 1 won over Kristianstad HK Orange and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010).
