In addition to the two Älta teams, 60 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Älta IF 1 could be found in Group 4 together with Lödde Vikings HK 2 Svart, Lugi HF 1, Falköpings AIK HK 1, IK Bolton Gul, Bjärnums HK, HF Limhamn, Kristianstad HK 2 and Elvebyen HK.

Älta IF 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Eslövs IK 3 Rosa with 6-7. In the Final, Lödde Vikings HK 1 RÖD won over Tollarps IF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2009).
