In addition to the two Eskilstuna Guif teams, 49 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Eskilstuna Guif IF Röd could be found in Group 5 together with Önnereds HK 1, IK Lågan Hörby 1, Vinslövs HK 2, Nybro HK, Ystads IF HF 3, IK Bolton Gul, Ronneby HK and HK Aranäs Blå.

Eskilstuna Guif IF Röd continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/16 Final, but lost it against Åhus Handboll 2 with 9-12. In the Final, Åhus Handboll 2 won over IK Sävehof and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007).
