In addition to Spånga HK, 50 other teams played in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Spånga HK could be found in Group 2 together with HK Aranäs Vit, Åhus Handboll 3, IFK Bankeryd 3, Vinslövs HK 1, Lugi HF 3, IFK Kristianstad 2 and IFK Kristianstad 3.

Spånga HK continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IK Bolton Svart with 9-10. In the Final, Vinslövs HK 1 won over Alingsås HK and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007).
