IK Sävehof continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Alingsås HK with 6-8. In the Final, Alingsås HK won over IK Bolton Skanstull and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Pojkar 18 år (födda 2004).
