In addition to Staffanstorps HK, 16 other teams played in Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Staffanstorps HK could be found in Group 1 together with Åhus Handboll 1, Kävlinge HK, Kristianstad HK Svart, Växjö HF 2, Vassunda IF, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Spånga HK.

Staffanstorps HK made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against IFK Kristianstad 2, which they won with 13-9. Thereby Staffanstorps HK won the entire B-Slutspel in Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
