In addition to the two Björnen teams, 18 other teams played in Senior Förening Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof HK Björnen 1 could be found in Group 2 together with Ligu Dam, Chalmers HK 2, Sälens Fjällbotaniska Vänner, Ystads IF HF, Vinslövs HK HK, IK Lågan Hörby, Åhus Handboll 2, Stavsten HK and Ramunder HK.

HK Björnen 1 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Hässleholms HF with 9-11. In the Final, H43 Lund HF won over Stavsten HK and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Senior Förening Damer.
