Börjes avdankade was one of 205 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They participated with one team in Öppen klass Damer.
In addition to Börjes avdankade, 17 other teams played in Öppen klass Damer. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Börjes avdankade could be found in Group 1 together with Team van Stam, Stora Röda Huset, A-laget, V.I.P, Svarta Fåren, Tollarps IF, EY' BRO and Det var bättre förr. Börjes avdankade continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Halmstad Handboll with 6-12. In the Final, A-laget won over Halmstad Handboll and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Öppen klass Damer. Börjes avdankade comes from Skara which lies approximately 280 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place.
