They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Lödde Vikings HK Tjajorna could be found in Group 1 together with Höörs HK H 65 2, Uppsala HK 2, Halmstad Handboll 2, Sannadals SK 292 546 828, H43 Lund HF, Åhus Handboll 1, Eslövs IK EIK, Mölndals HF and Staffanstorps HK.

Lödde Vikings HK Tjajorna made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 1. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Kristianstad HK, which they won with 8-7. Thereby Lödde Vikings HK Tjajorna won the entire A-Slutspel in Flickor 18 år (födda 2004) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022.
