IFK Malmö HF var en af 226 klubber fra Sverige, som havde hold, der spillede under Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. De deltog med i alt 26 hold i 13 af Åhus Beachhandboll Festivals samtlige 40 rækker. Så kom holdet i Flickor 15 år (födda 2008) til Finalen i B-Slutspel mod Åhus Handboll og vandt den med 11-4.
IFK Malmö HF har desuden spillet i Åhus Beachhandboll Festival tidligere. Under Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022 havde IFK Malmö 24 hold, som spillede i 13 af Åhus Beachhandboll Festivals samtlige 32 rækker. Så kom holdet i Flickor 17 år (födda 2005) til 1/16 Finalen i A-Slutspel, men tabte den til Kristianstad HK 1 med 11-12. IFK Malmö kommer fra Bunkeflostrand, som ligger ca 98 km fra Åhus, hvor Åhus Beachhandboll Festival spilles. Fra området omkring Bunkeflostrand kommer også 42 andre klubber (Bl.a: Sopis, Staffanstorps HK, Guldkustens HK, HK Micro, Powerheat Radio, Veberöds HK, Eddes Hussar, HF Limhamn, Ljunghusens HK og Kävlinge HK), som skal deltage i Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023.
