In addition to the two IFK Tumba teams, 49 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof IFK Tumba HK 1 could be found in Group 6 together with Ale Handboll United, Växjö HF, IFK Malmö HF 2, Uppsala HK 1, HK Ankaret, H43 Lund HF Vit, HK Aranäs Blå and Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07.

IFK Tumba HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 6. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Skövde HF 1 with 10-16. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over Höörs HK H 65 Svart 07 and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

IFK Tumba HK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK röd with 13-15.
