In addition to the three Växjö teams, 62 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Växjö HF 2 could be found in Group 4 together with Staffanstorps HK, Ystads IF HF 3, IFK Bankeryd Vit, Åhus Handboll Vit, Mönsterås HK 1, Eslövs IK Gul, IK Lågan Hörby 2 and Skuru IK 1.

Växjö HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Huddinge HK Vit with 8-12. In the Final, Halmstad Handboll Vit won over Hässleholms HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Växjö HF also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in F12 (f. 2010) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Huddinge HK 3 with 9-10.
