In addition to the three IFK Malmö teams, 45 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IFK Malmö HF 2 could be found in Group 5 together with HF Karlskrona 2, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, IK Lågan Hörby, Åhus Handboll 1 vit, Karlshamns HF Gul, Eslövs IK, IFK Kristianstad Orange and IFK Bankeryd Vit.

IFK Malmö HF 2 continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HF Karlskrona 1 with 5-13. In the Final, HF Karlskrona 1 won over Ljunghusens HK 2 (Tom) and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011).
