In addition to Alingsås HK, 50 other teams played in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Alingsås HK could be found in Group 3 together with Gustafs GoIF, Eskilstuna Guif IF GUIF 1, Skövde HF 2, Haninge HK Rosa, Lugi HF 1, Lödde Vikings HK Röd, Eslövs IK -08 and IFK Bankeryd.

Alingsås HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against HK Ankaret with 9-12. In the Final, HK Ankaret won over Lugi HF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 16 år (födda 2007).

Alingsås HK also participated in Flickor 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in F15 (f. 2007) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Haninge HK 2 with 4-10.
