In addition to Elvebyen HK, 7 other teams played in Åhus Beach International Girls U15/U16. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Elvebyen HK could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Tumba HK 2, IFK Tumba HK 3 and Göteborg Beach Handball Club Gul.

Elvebyen HK made it to B-Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IFK Tumba HK 3 with 12-29. Thereby Elvebyen HK finished second in ÅBI-G 15/16 B-Slutspel during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023.
