In addition to IK Sävehof, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof IK Sävehof could be found in Group 2 together with Lugi HF 1, Åhus Handboll 2, VästeråsIrsta HF, IFK Malmö HF Blå, IFK Bankeryd P07, Spånga HK, IFK Kristianstad 2 and Lödde Vikings HK.

IK Sävehof continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IFK Kristianstad 3 with 11-14. In the Final, Vinslövs HK won over IFK Kristianstad 3 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 17 år (födda 2006).
