In addition to Kävlinge HK, 45 other teams played in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Kävlinge HK could be found in Group 3 together with Täby HBK 1, Halmstad Handboll Svart, Lugi HF 4, Ystads IF HF 2, Åhus Handboll 2, HK Aranäs Vit, Växjö HF 1 and HK Bollebygd Vit.

Kävlinge HK continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 3. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Ystads IF HF 4 with 10-11. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 4 won over Lugi HF 2 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Pojkar 16 år (födda 2007).

Kävlinge HK also participated in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2007) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in P15 (f. 2007) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Önnereds HK 2 with 8-9.
