In addition to Lugi HF, 58 other teams from 3 different countries played in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Lugi HF could be found in Group 5 together with Veberöds HK 2, Göteborg Beach Handball Club Gul, Stavsten HK Vinröd, Tollarps IF 1, Spånga HK Rosa, Kävlinge HK and Halmstad Handboll Röd.

Lugi HF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 5. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IFK Malmö HF Blå with 10-11. In the Final, IFK Malmö HF Blå won over Åhus Handboll and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 15 år (födda 2008).

Lugi HF also participated in Flickor 14 år (födda 2008) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/8 Final in F14 (f. 2008) B-Slutspel, but lost it against Bjärnums HK with 8-9.
