They participated with 5 teams in Pojkar 15 år (födda 2008), European Beachhandball Tour - Men, Flickor 15 år (födda 2008) and Åhus Beach International Girls U15/U16 respectively. The team in Åhus Beach International Girls U15/U16 made it to the the Bronze match in A-Slutspeland won it over IFK Tumba HK 2 by 31-15. In addition to this, Göteborg Beach Handball Club have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022, Göteborg Beach had two teams playing in Pojkar 14 år (födda 2008) and Flickor 14 år (födda 2008) respectively. The team in Flickor 14 år (födda 2008) made it to the the Final in A-Slutspeland won it over Åhus Handboll 3 by 9-6. Göteborg Beach comes from TORSLANDA which lies approximately 250 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around TORSLANDA does also provide 12 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Among others: IK Sävehof, HK Bosse, Särökometernas HK, Torslanda HK, HK Stolpskott, Kärra HF, Önnereds HK, Redbergslids IK, Wilma Thelandersson and HK Aranäs).
