Mörrums GOIS HK was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with two teams in Åhus Beach International Girls U13/U14 and Flickor 18 år (födda 2005) respectively. The team in Åhus Beach International Girls U13/U14 made it to the the Bronze match in B-Slutspeland won it over Kävlinge HK Blå by 2-0.

In addition to this, Mörrums GOIS HK have participated in Åhus Beachhandboll Festival before. During Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022, Mörrums GOIS had 4 teams playing in Pojkar 13 år (födda 2009), Flickor 17 år (födda 2005) and Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003) respectively. The team in Damer Junior 19-20 år (födda 2002-2003) made it to the the 1/4 Final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Staffanstorps HK by 12-15.

Mörrums GOIS comes from MÖRRUM which lies approximately 39 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beachhandboll Festival takes place. The area around MÖRRUM does also provide six additional clubs participating during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023 (Ronneby HK, Karlshamns HF, Tingsryds HK, Byt ut mig, NU!, Är det så fel HK and H 78 Sölvesborg).
