Ösmo GIF HK was one of 226 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2023. They participated with three teams in Parahandboll - Gående klass. The team in Parahandboll - Gående klass made it to the the Bronze match in B-Slutspeland won it over IFK Kristianstad by 11-3.
