In addition to HF Orust, 69 other teams played in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009). They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof HF Orust could be found in Group 1 together with Huddinge HK Vit, Halmstad Handboll 2 Svart, Skuru IK 3, Lugi HF 3, HF Limhamn Svart, IK Lågan Hörby, Kristianstad HK 1 and Tingsryds HK 1.

HF Orust continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 7:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lödde Vikings HK Röd with 10-12. In the Final, Ystads IF HF 1 won over HK Aranäs Vit and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 14 år (födda 2009).
