In addition to HK Björnen, 47 other teams played in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011). They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof HK Björnen could be found in Group 4 together with Ljunghusens HK 1 (Emil), Ystads IF HF 1, H 78 Sölvesborg, Tollarps IF 1, Kävlinge HK Blå, Växjö HF 1, Halmstad Handboll Svart and Huddinge HK Strand.

HK Björnen continued to C-Slutspel after reaching 8:th place in Group 4. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against IFK Malmö HF 1 with 3-4. In the Final, Huddinge HK Hav won over Huddinge HK Sol and became the winner of C-Slutspel in Flickor 12 år (födda 2011).
