In addition to the two Ljunghusens teams, 63 other teams played in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Ljunghusens HK 1 could be found in Group 1 together with Hammarby IF HF, Halmstad Handboll Vit, HF Karlskrona Gul, Habo HK Vit, Alingsås HK 3, IFK Malmö HF 1 Gul, HK Ankaret 2 and Kristianstad HK Blå.

Ljunghusens HK 1 continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Lugi HF with 4-9. In the Final, Täby HBK won over IFK Tumba HK Blå and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 13 år (födda 2010).

Ljunghusens HK also participated in Flickor 12 år (födda 2010) during Åhus Beachhandboll Festival 2022. They reached the 1/16 Final in F12 (f. 2010) A-Slutspel, but lost it against Alingsås HK 1 with 8-10.
